ECO Shipping (without tracking): what you need to know
At Pablo & Hugo, we offer you a choice of several shipping methods.
The ECO method is the most economical solution. It reduces delivery costs, but it has an important particularity: NO tracking number can be provided.
By choosing this shipping method, you accept that:
- Your package will be shipped without tracking.
- It will be impossible to locate or verify its routing after it has been dropped off with the carrier.
- Pablo & Hugo cannot confirm whether the package has been delivered or not.
- Delivery times may be longer than the estimated times provided to Pablo&Hugo.
For this reason, no claim for non-receipt will result in a free reshipment or a refund when ECO shipping without tracking has been chosen.
If you wish to benefit from proof of shipment, package tracking, and better security in case of an incident, we recommend choosing the shipping option WITH tracking when placing your order.
Our goal is to be completely transparent so that everyone can choose the delivery method that best suits their needs.
